Our "Spooky Season Showcase" continues this week with Alfred Hitchcock's VERTIGO. The 1958 thriller stars Jimmy Stewart as "Scottie" Ferguson, an ex-police officer who suffers from an intense fear of heights. When Scottie is hired to prevent an old friend's wife from committing suicide, all is not as it seems. Regarded as Hitchcock's magnum opus, VERTIGO is routinely recognized as one of the greatest films ever made.
