Children's Summer Art Exhibit entries DUE
Children ages 2 - 11 are invited to participate in the library’s summer art show for kids. Each participating child’s submission will receive a special certificate highlighting what makes that piece of art unique. Certificates will be available to view in the exhibit, which will be open to the public from Thurs., July 31 through Fri., August 8, during regular library hours.
Entries can be submitted beginning Tues., July 1, 2025 through Fri., July 25, 2025 to the Children’s Department.
Please note that two-dimensional artwork is preferred because the art will be hung on wire racks in the children’s department. Drawings, paintings on cardstock or canvas, and collages are permitted. We will accept a limited amount of 3-D art pieces, space dependent. Thank you.
Artwork and certificates can be picked up from the Children's Department starting on Sun., August 10 - Sat., August 16, during regular library hours.
