DESCRIPTION:Get ready for a spooktacular time! Kids ages 5 – 11 are 
 invited to design their very own Boo Bag\, a custom trick-or-treat bag 
 perfect for Halloween and the spooky season. Participants will leave with a 
 one-of-a-kind bag to use for trick-or-treating or to carry their favorite 
 fall goodies. Costumes are welcome! All materials are provided by the 
 Friends of the Library.\n\nPlease register each age-appropriate child 
 separately who wishes to attend the program. Registration for this free 
 program is required and begins August 1 at 9 AM. To register\, call (330)
