This week, we turn to BIRDMAN OR (THE UNEXPECTED VIRTUE OF IGNORANCE), a darkly funny, nervy portrait of art, ego, and reinvention. Directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu and starring Michael Keaton in a career-redefining role, the film follows a washed-up movie star attempting a high-stakes comeback on Broadway.
