This month's book is:
June — Fuzz: When Nature Breaks the Law
by Mary Roach
Fuzz is Mary Roach at her funniest and most curious, exploring what happens when wildlife and humans collide — not metaphorically, but literally. Bears break into kitchens, birds sabotage airports, monkeys pull off food heists, and scientists scramble to balance compassion with public safety. Roach travels the world meeting the biologists, rangers, and forensic “animal detectives” who handle these bizarre cases. The result is a warm, witty, surprisingly philosophical romp that asks big questions about coexistence while never skimping on delight. It’s the perfect summer read: smart, hilarious, and joyfully strange.
