Understanding and Living with Dyslexia

Understanding and Living with Dyslexia In-Person

The City of Stow’s Commission on Inclusion, in partnership with the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library, invites you to an informative and inspiring program on Tuesday, November 18 at 7 PM.

This program combines the science of dyslexia with the real-life experience of growing up with it. Elizabeth Kinsella, a Certified Dyslexia Specialist and C-SLDS, will share the latest research and effective teaching approaches, while Jason Gates will reflect on the challenges and resilience of living with dyslexia as an adult. Together, their perspectives will shed light on what dyslexia truly means and how families, educators, and communities can best support struggling readers.

Licensed as a K–12 Reading Specialist, she has been supporting students since 2005. She specializes in helping learners with dyslexia build strong reading skills and confidence from the start.
