Children's Winter Art Exhibit - Call for entries
Children ages 2 - 11 are invited to participate in the library’s winter art show for kids. Each participating child’s submission will receive a special certificate highlighting what makes that piece of art unique. Certificates will be available to view in the exhibit, which will be open to the public from Sat., January 17 through Sun., January 25, during regular library hours.
Entries can be submitted beginning Mon., December 15, 2025 through Mon., January 12, 2026 to the Children’s Department.
Please note that two-dimensional artwork is preferred because the art will be hung on wire racks in the Children’s Department. Drawings, paintings on cardstock or canvas, and collages are permitted. We will accept a limited amount of 3-D art pieces, space dependent. Thank you.
Artwork and certificates can be picked up from the Children's Department starting on Tues., January 27 - Sun., February 1, during regular library hours.
