The Rocky Horror Picture Show After-hours Celebration In-Person
Let's do the Timewarp and travel back to the year 1975 to celebrate 50 years of The Rocky Horror Picture Show! For one night only, the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library is transforming into a retro cinema for a special after-hours, interactive, disco-themed, red carpet screening of the ultimate cult classic. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a curious first-timer, this is your chance to experience the film that changed the rules of audience participation, complete with props, callouts, and plenty of laughs.
Released in 1975, The Rocky Horror Picture Show has become one of the most iconic and enduring midnight movies in film history. It redefined audience engagement and earned a place in the National Film Registry for its cultural significance. Doors open at 7 PM, and the film begins at 8 PM. Costumes are encouraged, whether you’re channeling a Rocky Horror favorite or showing off your best '70s flair. So, dust off your dancing shoes and get ready for an unforgettable night at the library.
