Community Dino Museum
Let's get creative! Kids through age 11 are invited to create a dinosaur or dinosaur diorama to be put on display in the Children's Department during our Summer Reading program. Bring your completed creation upstairs to the Children's Desk between June 1 and June 5, turn it into a staff member, and receive a small prize! Your creation will be on display until the end of Summer Reading on August 1. Pick up will begin on August 2 and will continue through August 8.
Details:
- Your creation should be no larger than 18 inches in any dimension.
- Artwork can be two- or three-dimensional, and it will be displayed in the Children's Department. Three-dimensional works, such as dioramas and sculptures, are encouraged!
- Please make sure any paint, clay, or glue is completely dry.
- We will do our best to keep your artwork safe, but the library is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur.
- By submitting your artwork, you are giving the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library permission to display it in the library, take pictures of your creation, and share them online.
This program is free, and registration is not required.
This program was made possible by the generous support of the Friends of the Library.
