Baby and Caregiver Yoga for Babies 3 -18 Months In-Person
Move, breathe, and bond with your baby at our baby yoga class with a registered yoga teacher. This class teaches caregivers how to help facilitate motor development, mind-body awareness, and early emotional regulation skills for their baby. In addition, caregivers participate in the yoga practice, gently finding restorative poses to help reduce stress. This class is for babies 3 - 18 months old with a caregiver. Please bring a mat, blanket, or towel with you to the program. Registration for this free program is required and begins Sat., August 22, at 9 AM. Please register each age-appropriate child who wishes to attend. To register, click the button below, call (330)688-3295, ext. 5, or stop by the library.
