Cozy Up with a Good Book: Winter Reading for All Ages

Cozy Up with a Good Book: Winter Reading for All Ages Online

Keep your family cozied up with good books during our sixth annual Winter Reading Challenge! Beginning January 1, 2023, log into the Beanstack app or smfpl.beanstack.org and update your contact information. Then, get started logging books and activities to win prizes!

Adult (ages 18 and up)

Log your first book to win a library mug. With every book you log after that, you’ll earn a coupon for a local restaurant plus an entry to win our grand prize, an indoor electric S’mores Maker. Parents, even if you’re reading with your child, you’ll need to create your own Beanstack account to be eligible to win prizes.

Teen (ages 12 - 17)

Log your first book and win a limited edition turtle "booktrovert" enamel pin. With every book you log after that, you’ll earn a coupon for a local restaurant plus an entry to win one of our grand prizes: a set of wireless earbuds or a gift basket for book lovers. Submit reviews of the books you read for extra chances to win.

Children (birth to age 11)

Track activities, including reading, to earn prizes. Complete five activities to earn a badge. For the first five badges you earn, you’ll receive a small prize you can pick up in the Children’s Department or at the Drive-Up window. You’ll also receive a virtual ticket to enter our grand prize drawing with every badge you earn. Grand prizes are a family fun pass to Sky Zone, LEGO sets, and a baby activity center. (Click on the ticket reward button to choose which grand prize drawing you would like to enter.)

The SMFPL Winter Reading Challenge ends February 28. Our prizes are provided thanks to the generous support of the Friends of Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library.

We’re keeping you cozy this winter, one book at a time.
