DESCRIPTION:Welcome the summer season with an outdoor concert from the 
 Riverfront Community Band. This concert will take place at the library's 
 pavilion. Please bring your own chairs or blankets for lawn seating. 
 Picnics are welcome\, but alcohol is prohibited. In case of inclement 
 weather\, this program will be moved inside the library. Registration for 
 this free program is required and begins May 1 at 9 AM. To register\, call
