DESCRIPTION:Toshokan: the Japanese word for "library." ToshoCon: a 
 mini-convention for anime and manga fans ages 12 - 17! Featuring 
 family-friendly cosplay and art contests with prizes\, a manga drawing 
 workshop and Q&A with artist/writer Lora Gray\, bubble tea-making\, and 
 anime trivia! Anime merchandise is available for purchase from JC's Comics 
 and Anime. Registration and a signed parental permission slip are required 
 for this free after-hours event\, sponsored by the Friends of the Library\, 
 the Hudson Library & Historical Society\, and JC's Comics and Anime. 
 Download a permission slip here or pick one up at the Teen Information 
 desk. To enter the art contest\, bring your hand-drawn art or a printout of 
 your digital art with you to ToshoCon. \n\nLora Gray is a professional 
 artist and writer/editor from northeast Ohio whose manga credits include My 
 Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!\, I am a Cat Barista\, 
 and Penguindrum. Registration begins May 1 at 9 AM. To register\, call
