 solve the mystery of who "vandalized" the library! Follow clues\, decode 
 ciphers\, and complete the puzzles left by the culprit in order to 
 determine who is behind this bizarre and colorful crime. The winner gets a 
 special prize. Registration for this free event for ages 12 - 17 begins May
