Wednesday Movie Club: The Holdovers In-Person

This film is being presented as part of the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library's Wednesday Movie Club, a weekly showcase of movies that matter. Attendees will be invited to discuss the film immediately following the screening. Registration is not required. 

Another awards season contender, THE HOLDOVERS is the story of a cranky history teacher (Paul Giamatti) at a remote prep school who is forced to remain on campus over the holidays with a troubled student who has no place to go.  Audiences have described THE HOLDOVERS as "cute and touching if not laugh-out-loud hilarious" and "a thought-provoking dramedy for viewers seeking a dialogue-driven movie with a throwback feel."
