Based on a true story, THE FAREWELL follows a Chinese-American family who, upon learning their beloved grandmother has weeks left to live, decide to keep her in the dark as they stage a wedding to get everyone together one last time. Funny, tender, and deeply human, it’s a beautiful reflection on family, tradition, and what it means to protect the people we love.
